Admittedly, this is an odd book to “movie” to read since it’s not exactly a movie but instead an 8 part TV event. That being said, I think this might be the best way to go with something of this magnitude. While writing this, I haven’t read the book yet but based on what I know about Stephen King, it’s going to be a book crammed with so much that a 2 or 2.5 hour movie isn’t going to cut it. I am a fan of J.J. Abrams and James Franco so I’m really quite interested in seeing where this book and series lead.
